Our brand operates according to the principles of the circular economy, salvaging high-quality fabrics from the excess production of Italian haute couture. In this way, we give new life to precious materials, reducing waste and creating sustainable and conscious products.

The use of salvaged fabrics allows us to create small, limited-edition productions: no two Umbertos are ever the same. For this reason, we always show you only what is currently available, keeping the shop constantly updated with new products.

Umberto is not just an object, but a small character with its own identity, designed for those who choose craftsmanship, uniqueness, and a more responsible approach to design.

Every piece you find in our shop is not born from a roll of anonymous fabric, but from meticulous research among the excellences of Made in Italy. We have chosen not to create new impact, but to take care of what already exists that is precious.

Our selection of Noble Fibers
To bring our products to life, we draw from the "hidden treasures" of high Italian tailoring:

Fine Wool: Warm, breathable, and natural, chosen for its durability and comforting embrace.

Cotton Muslin: A cloud of softness. We select it for its extreme delicacy, ideal for contact with the skin or for light decoration.

Archival Lace: The detail that makes all the difference. We recover refined laces to add a touch of antique elegance to a modern and conscious design.

Each of our creations is a unique piece, the result of a careful creative upcycling process. We exclusively use reclaimed fabrics of the highest quality, selected for their quality and texture. The strictly artisanal craftsmanship and the nature of the materials used make every variation, mark, or small irregularity a distinctive sign of authenticity and artistic value, not a defect.

To preserve the integrity of the fibers and the structure of the artifact over time, the following maintenance methods are recommended:

Washing: Hand wash only in cold water.
Cleaning: Do not use bleach or harsh chemical agents.
Drying: Do not tumble dry. Allow to air dry naturally in a flat position, away from direct heat sources or intense sunlight.
Ironing: Do not iron directly on the fibers.

It is specified that these creations are to be understood exclusively as decorative textile objects and collectible artistic artifacts.

Not toys: The product is not designed for play. Therefore, it is not suitable for use by infants or children.

Warning: If placed in environments frequented by minors, constant adult supervision is mandatory to prevent improper use of the artifact.

The company declines all responsibility for damages resulting from use other than the decorative purpose for which the object was created.

For health and hygiene reasons, as well as to ensure the integrity of textile materials, returns of products showing signs of wear, non-compliant washing, or damage resulting from improper use or use other than their declared decorative purpose will not be accepted.
