Yes. All Primi Vizi products are handcrafted, one by one, with care and attention to detail.
Each piece is unique and may have small variations, which are part of the value and authenticity of handmade goods.
How long does it take to create a product?
It depends on the type of product.
- Ready-made products: orders are generally processed within 2–3 business days.
- Made-to-order or custom products: production times are always indicated on the product page.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout, before order confirmation.

Can I exchange an item?
Exchanges:
- must be requested within 15 days of receiving the order
- are only valid for unworn, unwashed items in perfect condition
